The AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am will be played next week on the Monterey Peninsula. Most of the hoopla will be around the pro golfers like Phil Mickelson and the celebrities like George Lopez and Kevin James, but there are other players on these courses.
Pebble Beach, Spyglass and Poppy Hills golf courses have many blacktail deer living on them and around them. In 1995, in preparation to print a story about Pebble Beach deer, I took a number of photos of the deer of Pebble Beach. Here are a few of them.
